The Learnsmarter winter ’25 release is going to feature some key improvements to quizzes. One of the big questions we asked ourselves was could you do a Salesforce Certification exam in Learnsmarter? That would require things like question banks, themes and randomisation of question order and answer order.
Well with Winter’25 you’re going to get all of these things. You’re also going to get some cool analysis features so people like trainers can get instant visual feedback about how their class is performing in live quizzes.
We’ve taken advantage of the Salesforce Winter ’25 feature to use dynamic tab visibility, so that pages only show tabs when they’re useful. We’ve also refactored every single mobile page, so that Learnsmarter works much better in the Salesforce mobile app. We’re not suggesting Learnsmarter admins use this all the time, but if you happen to need to correct or update something while you’re out and about then this is now much easier.
Finally, we’ve made some big ‘under the hood’ improvements to Learnsmarter Search and Record Highlight components. These can now all use JSON for fields, filtering and sorting. This makes using these components quicker, more intuitive and much easier to deploy.
