Learnsmarter loves working with Salesforce implementation partners. We speak the same language, we’re very proud of our apps and we’re happy to have other Salesforce professionals make really cool stuff using the tools that we’ve built.
If you have an implementation partner leading your project, then we’ll work closely with them to ensure that they understand what’s needed and provide any help as required. Typically in this situation the partner will lead the project and we will support. Partners will understand how to use and build stuff on Learnsmarter because they understand how to build stuff on Salesforce. We’ll work together to provide information and agree solutions for things like external sharing and community Sharing Sets. For anything that needs to be built, the general rule we follow is that Learnsmarter will deliver what we know best and can do most efficiently. Anything that partners are great at building such as reports, dashboards, email notifications and so on will all be built by the partner. Partners will also take responsibility for stuff like overall Experience Cloud design.
Typically partners will also lead on things like governance, deployments and documentation.
If you don’t have or don’t want to engage a partner for your project, then Learnsmarter will provide a package of implementation services to get you up and running.
